These Terms of Service govern your use of the SwiftSwipe website and your purchase of products from us.
The website is operated by Ibrahim k, trading as SwiftSwipe, referred to in these terms as “SwiftSwipe”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Product information

Submitting an order does not mean that we have accepted it.
An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order where:

- Delivery is unavailable to the address provided

If payment has already been taken for an order we cancel, we will issue a refund.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and include applicable taxes where stated.
You must provide current, complete and accurate payment and billing information.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. SwiftSwipe does not normally receive or store complete payment-card details.
6. Discounts
Discounts and promotional offers:
- May be changed or withdrawn
- May have expiry dates or eligibility requirements
- Cannot normally be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be combined unless expressly stated
- May be limited to one use per customer or order

You are responsible for supplying an accurate and complete delivery address.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under consumer law.

Customers living elsewhere may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections applying in their country of residence.
